The new SharePoint features promise accessibility, security and a host of new features but understanding the new tools and the fear of not setting it up right can stall progress. This is not a technical how to course but a course on how to get the most out of your SharePoint site. Explore the tools and the customizations. Lean how to find an conveniently access documents and how many of these tools can connect with Outlook, your grand central station of your work day.
We will also explore teams how they can transform and simplify your collaborative efforts by reducing email and keeping all team or project information in one place. At the same time learn how to connect this information back to Outlook, the place where you work from each day. Explore the various features that can be added to Teams and specifically we will spend time using Planner and OneNote.

The course assumes that students have completed the Microsoft Outlook course or have
a good working knowledge of Outlook.
This hands-on course is taught by a certified Microsoft Master Instructor. Participants will receive authorized Microsoft manuals and Microsoft approved practice exercises.
All participants will be provided with laptops.

COURSE REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the course date will result in a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 10 business days but more than 5 full business days prior to the course date are subject to an administration fee of $100 per day for full and half-day seminars, or $25 for breakfast sessions.
Registrants who do not show up for a course, and/or who do not notify ICBA at least 5 full business days prior to the course date will be assessed the full cost of the course. There will be no refunds or credits in this case.
Substitution of attendees is permitted up to and including the day of the course.
COURSE CANCELLATION BY ICBA:
ICBA may have to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, in which case ICBA’s liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
